I have Quaker State 5/40 Euro car synthetic in car, need to top off about 1/2-3/4 quart is it ok

I have Quaker State 5/40 Euro car synthetic in car, need to top off about 1/2-3/4 quart is it ok
to use Castrol euro car 5/40 synthetic to top it off or should I not mix brands?

quaker state from local oil change, recommended for Audis, castrol from autozone
recommended for Mercedes and VW. think I'll just wait till Monday and and get more QS, not sure how I feel about mixing brands especially not knowing anything about Castrol and its ingrediants
