OK, so we borrowed the cylinder head design from Lamborghini Gallardo's V10. We didn't think you'd mind. Add a multifunction trip computer and tons of options and you'll see the Jetta's all grown up. Sort of." Wow and at 150 horse "she's a real fire cracker." I think a reference to the old Quantum Syncro (although I suppose it was a 4K motor) would be a better "barrowed from" quote rather than a limber-weanie Gallardo at those HP numbers... ;-) spiralsmurf 12-18-2005, 02:02 PM i wasn't saying i was happy it had the motor or anything, i just didn't know. every manufacturer ditched the inline 5 except volvo so i was surprised. thats really ****ty output though. the subaru 2.5 makes 170hp and 170ft-lbs of torque in a 4 cylinder. I was surprized too... repeater 12-18-2005, 05:46 PM spiralsmurf 12-18-2005, 07:25 PM silbergti 12-18-2005, 08:30 PM rollie 12-18-2005, 09:05 PM UrS4boy 12-18-2005, 09:17 PM But seriously, it doesn't look as bad as when I first saw it. I am, however, waiting for the new Golf to be released here. I think it could be my next second car (as the 2.0 FSi) SA urS4 12-19-2005, 01:08 AM |
