ABS sensor light is on and airbag light is on ,the car is in geed shape but no records of maintanence.
how much should i spend max?

one man alone can not drive the value of these cars up, it's a lost cause.

I'd spend a little more to get into a 95.5.

95 = $8k
95.5 = $9k

If it doesn't have the original wheels, subtract $500.

if it's the 95.0, you shouldn't pay more than 10k. Make sure it's got the original wheels, those are fugly. Airbag light is common, but get it checked out. ABS light isn't as common and you NEED to get that checked out. If it were a 95.5 avant, you could pay up to maybe 13-14 grand. These cars last for a long time, but 155k is a lot of miles.

Offer him 8.5k and see what happens

it needs front struts(has heavy duty springs on),needs brake job,ABS light is on but one of the sensors is unplugged ,airbag light is on,it has the Avus wheels on(i love those...16'' i assume)interior is good,ext is good,one small spot of rust the size of a penny,maybe smaller...and a chip on the hood near the grille,penny size again.
That's what the guy told me it's wrong with the car, he sais it drives and runs good....i haven't seen it in person only pictures.....it was listed on e-bay a while ago and did not sell...
