My car is UrS6.I've just got the Boost gauge from my brother.
I'm deciding to DIY but the problem is where
is the best place for the Press/Vac hose to be connectd.Should it be after the moisture trap?
and What about the wiring diagram?
Has anyone have the pics of installation?
Thannks.

I want to place this gauge somewhere on the console.my boost gauge is quartz system. It's easier for my installation.
Fireblade,What about the oil vapour when you
connected the boost gauge hose before the moisture trap?
Is that can cause of the gauge failure?

...I would have bought a 3 bar boost gauge instead, mine is always readding very close to it's limits...
Hey, where are you mountting your boost gauge? Be carefull, don't do anything silly that you may regret after. Most of the guys here mount the extra gauges on the left pillar. It's easyier than mountting it inside the instrument cluster.

I can put the gauge anywhere in my car.
but I have no idea right now.gonna try first.
btw,I noticed that there're 3 wires fromm the gauge(black, red, yellow).I know that the black should be ground.the red should be +.and the yellow one,I think this is for the light illuminator.but no idea where to connect.may be with the parking light?
