I was talking to Eddie at Tirerack and he mentioned he has a limited
number of steel wheels for sale that fit the Audi/VW platform. Here
is an excerpt of the email I asked him to send me...

"We got some Audi/VW OEM takeoff steel 15" wheels for our winter tire
packages for only $22.00 each ( they had been 50.00 each, so the winter
packs for the Audi, or if anyone wants some basic steel wheels loose),
are going to be pretty economical. "

Sounds like a decent deal if you are in the market for steel wheels
for snow tires.

Do you have his email address?? I'm in Toronto too. I had 4 15" snow tires already (I used with my previous Acura, 195 65 R15) However, they're mounted on 4 bolts steel wheels. So I planned to get some 5 bolts steel wheels only. Do you think they'll just sell me the steel wheels for $88 in total??
