I'm looking for a reasonably priced source for bottom-end rebuild parts (main and rod bearings, rings, thrust washers) for my 1995 S6 engine (AAN). Can someone post a source for these parts for me? A URL and/or link would be appreciated. Thanks.

Consider doing your rods and head-bolts too...IF you have plans on going big in the future ;)

If you don't mind me asking, what is the reason for rebuild?

Well, I decided to purty up my engine and got some sand in the oil passages while sandblasting in preparation for painting. I decided a teardown and dip was in order and figured should replace bearings while it's apart.

engine was from a 1995 S6, ran fine before I tore it apart. Haven't put it back together since the sandblasting. It's going in a 1990 coupe quattro.
