I have an erratic idle when I start the car. It bounces between 900 and 1000 rpms. It will bounce up an down four or five times and then settle just above 900 rpms.

I've cleaned the ISV (it wasn't dirty) but that didn't fix the problem.

What's strange is that I normally don't have this problem when the car is cold (in the morning), just after I've driven it around a bit. When the car is cold, the idle is steady at around 1000 rpms.

Any ideas?
