Well, a bit embarassing but i was vacuuming my car out the other day and was sucking a little
bit of dirt that had fallen into the (what i use it for anywhere) the loose change spot. This is found by putting your hand on the cigarrette lighter and moving it towards the back seats. Well, apparently the piece of felt (or cloth) which was once in the bottom of it was not as attached as i thought it was and *floop* down the vacuum cleaner it went.
Anyone else experience this? Anyone know the part # and where I can get it?
I'd appreciate any help :) thanks!

I misplaced an assembly screw for the fog light of my car. I'll be going to Zumbach Motors (parts) tomorrow. I can either get it for you/or order it for you/give you the part number. I'll then have to mail it to you. I'm sure the total cost will not be over a dollar. E-me if you'd like.

Then you can make a nice shirt out of what's left. Seriously though, you could probably find something similar, if not better, at any fabric store. It should cost too much to buy a square foot or so and then just cut it to size.

Even it it was sucked up in a car wash vacuum, he could have asked one of the attendants to open the canister up and gotten it out. right?

Whenever I use my shop vac to clean my car that piece goes into my shop vac.

I just took it off and here are the markings on the bottom (non felt) of the part:

WJD 8599 >ABS<

If anyone has found a fix to keep it in let us know!

Al-
I knew i should have checked back here sooner!
Well, thanks for the offer anyway.
And it was a car wash vacuum cleaner and there wasn't an attendent. it was one of those
self automated jobs.
Anyway, I'll try giving my dealer a call or perhaps getting a piece of fabric.
Thanks for all your help :)
