That isn't the weight of the RS4 rim + tires is it? I thought they were actually fairly heavy. The 16 inch stock wheels I thought were pretty light, it's mainly tire weight getting them to 39 pounds.

The Eagle F1s add a further 22.5lb each. So, 51lb total 'dead weight' per corner .... All a bit nasty eh?

With the original rims &amp; tyres on the car, measured vertically from the ground through the centre of the hub to the lower edge of the wheel arch, it stands 27.25" high at the front &amp; 27.75" at the rear.

How does that compare with 'lowered' cars?

But it would still be good to know the actual height comparison .....

They're overpriced as far as wheels go unless you REALLY need to reduce unsprung weight that much. I just got a set of 17x8 flik lex w/tires for 1100 delivered from Edge Racing.

As for the RS4 replica's, they're too heavy.

the wheels on my 2003 S8 (18x8.5 9 spoke RS4ish wheels) are heavy and so are the RS4 replicas I replaced them with after the Audi wheels all bent. They're heavy wheels, but damn, do they look pretty. ;-)
