Anybody ordered from Blau? Is their customer service/response time always this bad?

I ordered a set of Euro lights over a week ago and they haven't shipped yet.....

their web site looks older then me. They never update it. They have cars in their classifieds that have been sold over a year ago, your 200tq might still be in there...

Just seems like they work in slow motion there to me...
