Bought S4 at MSRP. Got $2300 under kbb trade in value. Dealer didn't think my hight mileage car belonged on his lot (with Porsches and Rolls) - said he'd have to wholesale it out - and said take it or leave it. After much dickering to get it that high, I took it. Oh well. It only hurt until I turned the ignition key in the S4!
