I saw two URS4 caps on Ebay, one priced at $18.95, the other one at $19.95, both with advertised shipping at $9.99. Since they advertised "Make an Offer" I offered $14. It was declined so I offered $17...again declined and then they shot the price of one up to $29.99 w/ $9.99 shipping and the other one they shot the shipping up to $29.99!! What a bunch of a%&amp;holes! Hi, thats my ebay store. Yes I raised the price on the caps because a guy that works for me listed them literally 5 minutes earlier and I was going through adjusting prices on all the listings he made. I know I can sell them for more so I declined the offer and raised the price. I accidentally raised the shipping on one when I meant to raise the price. I wouldn't consider that scamming.
