Hi everyone,

The ignition switch on my 92 100CSq is acting up, turn the key and only the AC control unit lights up. I have to turn it on and off several times before the dash lights up and then I can start the car.

I received the new one in the mail yesterday and it didn't have any VAG markings on it. Did I get the bad one? The housing is all black, I've heard about the cheap white housing ones.

Of course I'm NOT suggesting Meyle but neither would I use OE.

...so why spend $10-15 for a year or less when you can get a dealer switch for $30 that lasts several years? That's kinda a no-brainer unless of course you have a better suggestion?
