Morons broke the rear door window in my car. How is to put a new window?
According to the Bently manual I need to remove regulator and bunch of other parts to replace rear door window. Is this the best way to do it?

You'll have to leave the switch in the socket so you can position the regulator at a hole in the door panel. You'll have to loosen the bolts that hold the window and remove all the old glass. then you should just be able to slide the new glass in and tighten.
