I cleaned the area to double check it still leaks to from the same place. Doesn't drip on the ground
But leaks builds up over the time on cam plug area

Where should i start? will replacing the cam plug do ? or could it be Crankshaft Oil Seal. What are the parts i should have before attempting this ?
I believe old Valve Cover Gasket will be destroyed while opening the head cover to replace the oil seal ( so i'll be needing one of those i guess ,not sure )

The crank seal is much lower than that. Unless the car is upside down, there is no way that is a crank seal leak.

You do not need to remove the valve cover to change that seal. Pierce it with a screw driver (shallow, don't hit the cam) and pry it out without touching/damaging the head. Drive a new plug in.

I pop the valve cover off, remove the 2 bolts for the rear cam bearing cap and remove the cap, and then take out the plug. New valve cover gasket on the way back together since the right side is usually leaking anyway.

From the photo it seems that cam plug is threaded at one end is it?

The silver valve covers (I think used up to 1995)the black valve covers are plastic.

The cam plug isn't threaded. It's rubber clad metal, so there are those ribs (for her pleasure)to allow it to be gripped by that rear cam bearing tower, as well as seal it from leaking as the rubber cladding get's slightly crushed.
