Payed $2,500 for her. 120k miles, no problems just sun roof motor is broken. Its my first car.

I got a couple questions about the car.

1) Will I be able to swap original head unit with an aftermarket, but still keep the stock Bose speakers?

2) If not, is there any method of iPod integration through the CD changer?

3) Can I swap the stock steering wheel with an S6 wheel?

4) Do you guys know of any good lowering systems for this car?

5) Is it possible to program an Audi switchblade key from eBay with this car, the key it came with a keyless ignition, but its old and the ring on it is broken.

Yeah, I was planning on doing that anyway. I'm just talking about future plans. I got my priorities right.

I'm speaking from experience. If you have problems with the volume knob, just take out the head unit and clean out the contacts on the knob body inside the unit. Very easy to take out, stick some thick nails through the holes all the way and pull out the unit side to side till it comes out, then unplug the harness from the back. Pop off the top of the unit and you're in. You may be able to get lowering springs from tirerack.com. I think they're h&amp;r, around $300. Do the timing belt! make sure there's no whining noises :p (my car busted). P.s welcome, and enjoy the ride. You may have made a deal with the devil &gt;;p

I didnt knwo they were easy to clean, but that's the ticket!

BOSE amps and speakers interface very differently than others, since it is an equalized system. Mixing and matching can be difficult.
