I have an AFC with a bad head gasket leak (possibly overheated) and all the ancillaries, and a slushbox that was starting to slip.

I don't know what I want to keep as spares. PS pump, alternator, AC compressor, fuel injectors, etc. Maybe nothing.

Anyone want a head or two? Intake manifold? Free short block (pickup only)? Should I cut up everything into little pieces and put some in the trash every week? Turn it into a yard sculpture?

I guess I'll pull everything apart this weekend (I always enjoy taking things apart) and take stock.

that's what we do with any junk engines at our shops. the guys will stay late to break em down into steel/alu/copper, so it must pay pretty well

I will take best offer that's worth my time for anything, everything that's left will go to the scrapyard.
