There is something weird going on. I bled the system opened the screw at the heater radiator, alot of ait got out, went for a drive about a mile and the needle stayed on 90 deg but as I came home. it boiled like crazy!!!! I mean the pipes were literally shaking I thought it was the water pump but the lower radiator pipe is wayyyy colder than the upper pipe when the needle was at 90 deg so I took out the thermostat, could that be the problem?

I am busy doing the thermostat in hot water method, if it opens...... What then?

He just replaced the rad a year ago, could it clog up that fast?

I overlooked mine at first because I had it flushed out and they told me it was good.

Yup, I'll take it out and clean it, any ideas how?

I paid $60 to have mine done and it didn't fix the problem. I ended up buying a brand new radiator.

I'd make sure that's really your problem first. Check everything and do the radiator last.
