Locally, I can get airconditioning, oil cooler, powersteering, hydraulic ram, and similar hoses "re-hosed" at NAPA, at a shop that works on big diesel trucks (Kenworth, Peterbuilt, Mac, etc.) and at an industrial equipment supply store.

Just take in your old hose assemblies. They cut off the metal banding clamps, remove the oil hose, install new hydraulic hose (typically rated at 3,000psi and for hot oil) and new banding clamps.

Easy fast and cheap. Looks OE when they're done.
