Does anyone know a good place to get eibach springs for a 97 A6 quattro? Or maybe a used one that someone is selling?

Negative. I purchased a suspension kit from shox.com that they said would fit.. it didn't.

They made me call Bilstein to get proof and a Return Authorization because they claimed their spec sheets must be wrong.

After I did all the legwork for them, I either had to exchange for another product, or they'd charge me a 20% restocking fee... They split the restocking fee and I only had to pay 10%. Yippee....

Additionally, I had to pay shipping 3x. Original wrong product to my house and back, then shipping on the new kit.

In short, while prices are good, Customer service at shox.com (Anderson & Stiehle) SUX. I recommend purchasing elsewhere.

...parts, they sent out the right ones overnight, and said that I could ship the others back at my leisure.
