With all the talks about crackdown in california, i decided to mount front license plate before i get nailed. I searched the archive, and there was a message about the car coming with the front license plate bracket. Mine didn't. Does this mean my dealer forgot to mount the bracket for me?

and ask him to mount a license plate holder for you. I'm sure he'll do it. You have to remember that most of the license plate holders are attached to the bumper by 2 or 3 anchored screws. The holes left by the anchors are quarter sized (covered by the plate holder) so if that bothers you, you're going to have to come up with another plan of attack. Ask to see what a bumper looks like with the holes in it, many people on this board will NOT tolerate this.
