Anyone else have this happen to them? Audi Logic 04-27-2006, 12:22 PM busted amp usually does not come and go. tk1780 04-27-2006, 12:29 PM how do you check behind the head? Do you have to take it out? Thanks, brick8 04-28-2006, 08:06 AM The wire on mine was broken near the door hinge. Check there first. I wasted a lot of time elsewhere. tk1780 04-28-2006, 01:16 PM wires? How did you check it and get around it? Fair Cape-Cape Town 04-28-2006, 01:36 PM With the radio on and the door open start by pushing and pulling the rubber boot and see if the speaker is affected otherwise loosen the boot at the door end an gently tug the wires. And I really mean GENTLY! tk1780 04-29-2006, 06:37 PM Audi Logic 04-29-2006, 06:57 PM if you want to trouble shoot, plug the passenger side into the driver side harness and see if it plays. If it does then you know its something inside the enclosure if not its something between the door and the radio |
