For those of you in Houston, this might be of some use?
I work near Momentum (formally Mahan) and called to set up an appointment to have my car looked at for the TSB (66-99-04) for the wind noise around the A-pillars. I was told that I would only get a car if they had it longer than 24hrs. That does me no good since I live on the other side of town and arranging a ride would be a nightmare.
Since I live by Don McGill I called them and asked the same thing. He said no problem and that a car would be provided while mine is in for service! I was floored....
With customer service like that, Momentum WILL NOT get my business if I can help it.
