So I phones, emailed and agonized until I decided to go APR for a chip. Made the call and DOH no chip available yet...boohooohooohoooo...My consolation prize is that I'm first on the waiting list.
I chose APR because of all the good things I've heard about their customer service from all of you. Thank you all for the steady stream of A4 info, this board has been invaluable.
So I'm left to wonder...will my A4, when chipped, be faster than my 98 VR6 Jetta?
My 5 spd Jetta had a K&N, Techtonicss SS exh. and Autothortiy chip. I would say it was pullling 0-60 in the high sixes, assuming stock was 7.4.
Anyone have 0-60 times for a 1.8Tqms?
Should I do the exhaust and air filter now or wait and do it all at once?
