92 100 CS, with lots of miles. It is a daily driver and not a show car, road racer or rally car. I am definitly not 16 and acceleration is low on my priorities. Something newer is on the agenda for next spring, so it only has to last me 6 months.
It's been missing a little on startup and running rough when wet. Given the plug wires are 5 or more yrs old, it is most probably the fix.
With all that said, most wire sets I see are in the $90 to $120 range. However, there are a couple cheapies out there such as $39 and $49 from Autozone. Would this be a complete waste of money or will they work reasonably well for normal driving?
