I have a 94' 100 S. My left outer boot let go. I would like everyones opinion on wether to replace just the BOOTS on each side or go ahead and replace both sides with rebuilt axles & joints? Difference in price between boots and rebuilts is not that much more and labor is about the same. Thanks! nellmike

i replaced both my axles but that because my Cv joints were shot.....click click click every time i turned the wheel.... it was around 300 bucks for both axles(remanufactured) and i installed them myself....
you might wanna think twice !!!

Just re-grease the joint then fit a new boot.

replace the axles had the same problem about 1 year ago i had trouble getting the one axle so i took it to a place to have it rebuilt that was on a 92 front wheel drive only
