I was trying to clear the ECU after changing the O2 sensor, it went off but came back on and the sunroof only moves a short distance....What did I do wrong?

open up panel where the switch for the sunroof is and there's a lever where you can close the sunroof manually. Then check the fuses, battery prorperly? Sunrooof froozen? Let me think it over.

the sunroof opened. The motor works since it moves the panel part way, it just won't close. I looked in the manual and it said that if you disconnect the battery you have to reprogram the window switches but it says nothing about the power roof, and the roof was originally closed before I did the battery thing.
By the way, if the check engine light comes back on and I correctly replaced the sensor, what might it be?
