Been a long day- broke 10mm bolt that holds egr valve, gook in passage- I KNOW that removing the TB will be a nightmare (tried and those hex heads are TIGHT) can I use wire, cleaner, drills - any way to get the "upturn" that everyone talks about??) go THROUGH the TB?
Better yet how do I KNOW when its clean??

any suggestions appreciated

(FWIW I DID replace the exterior temp indicator bulb successfully- fried the first unit months ago-)

no real way to get it out.

I'll wait for the light!! It needs about a week of cycles before it appears. The trouble with the TB bolts is that you can't even soak them they are so out of the way! If I knew the EXACT torque they could withstand I'd push it- but the guessing gets scary!!
