How do you get the hex in with all these wires and brackets? What do you have to remove to access?
Thanks,
Louis

A normal socket wouldn't fit in the space, so i had to use a normal allen key. ltooz_a6_a8_q7 08-08-2004, 01:25 PM Nice website!!!! Decolliber 08-08-2004, 02:49 PM If you are referring to the bleeder screw on the pipe just behind the engine. Don't remove it; just loosen it a few turns; thats enough for the collant to start coming out. If you remove it you will drop it, never find it and have to buy a new one (trust me). Even if you dont drop it, you will have trouble threading it back in. And dont forget the bleeder screw on the heater inlet pipe beind the fire wall and under the cover on the driver side. Be careful; its plastic. If you break it you cannot buy a new plastic screw; you have to buy the whole fitting. |
