Hello all,
My wife was complaining that her 96 A6 Wagon is extremely hard to turn the key in the morning. Is there any fix for this, lubrication? or is it time for replacement?

The one on my 97A6QA broke at about 65K miles. Cost about $150 for dealer to replace.
