Is it just me or is Audi's sport suspension quite a bit higher than that of the 323's?

Or is it just that the 323 has 17 inch wheels.

The standard 323 has 15 inch tires but when you purchase a sport or premium, you get 16" tires (not 17"as I previously mentioned)

Nevertheless, the gap between the top of the tire and edge of wheel well seem to be less on the BMW.
