I am looking at replacting and lowering my car's suspension.

Anything that anyone reccomends, also what is an optimal lowering distance for these cars?
I have a 94 100, Auto, FWD

Not sure if it helps, but I lowered my 97 A6Q with the Eibach Pro-Kit and added Bilsteins all around. The springs dropped it about 1.4" front and 1.3" rear. Also upgraded wheels from stock 16" alloys to S4 17". Although others have apparently done this without spacers, I needed to add spacers all around for these rims to fit. No regrets at all. I love the car more than ever with this setup. Good luck.

Had lowered by 97 A6Q Avant 5 years ago with H&R + Bilsteins + 18" wheels(see my sig). Looked cool & great but problems, $$$, problems, $$$, problems... After a year and a half returned to stock setup and sold wheels/shocks-struts/springs. I just keep the image on my sig as a memento.
