I am sort of doubting it is the bulb and thinking it is the circuit board. I read somewhere that ours are cheap and can develop cracks in them. I think this is also the problem with my coolant gauge that sometimes works.

Another reason I think it could be the board is if I hit the IC just right, they will both start working again(sometimes)!
