Procedding from a stop light, my A4 clutch stuck in the 1/2 way position, next I saw heaps of smoke then eventually the pedal released. Audi roadside assistance just picked up the car and it is on its way to the Audi service shop. Looks like I lost a Master cylinder. Ugh. The car only has 15k on it.

This really concerns me givenm that the car only has 15k miles on it. Now I received the optional recall notice on the car. Did I make a bad purchase?

I had the same problem on my car at about the 43K mile mark. Only problem I've had however.

Mechanic wanted to know if I drove with my foot reseting on the clutch pedal. I do not, but have a habit of holding the clutch in when starting on a hill. Maybe this burnt is out. I am a clutch killer I guess.
