My sunroof was fine last night. I opened it, forgot to close it, and this morning turned the knob to the closed position with the key off. Nothing happned. I turned the key on... nothing happned. I twisted the knob open.. the roof tried to open farther (it was already open). now it is messed up and will not work properly with the knob position. I closed it using the manual crank. Is there a procedure to getting it back in sync? Does this happen often?

i have the same problem my sun rood stop working when i replced the dead battry hope to find an answer thru audiworld forums i will try to disconnect and reconnect the battry to fix the problem

What I iremember doing was I manualy closed the sun roof then took out the sun roof motor (3 screws), moved the switch to the closed position and put it all back together.
