does anyone have procedure for flushing/changing the fluid in the power steering/rack?

with new fluid. Drive it a while and then repeat the process. Obviously this doesn't get all of the old fluid out, but it's probably good enough.

I've never changed mine though. Probably should get around to doing this soon.
