there's a thread on the E36 bimmer.org forum in which some people are saying that BMWCCA doesn't allow tinted cars to participate in drivers' schools. Is there a simillar rule for quattro club drivers' ed? or maybe autox?

if so, why? I would guess safety... but what is unsafe about it?
