A strange thing is happening when I start my engine.
When I turn the key, I hear the starter motor turning, but the engine itself isn't turning. It takes about a second or two before I hear the actual engine itself turn. I noticed that the last two times I started my car, the tach (RPM's) stayed at zero for a couple of seconds even though the starter motor was turning.
Also, unrelated (at least I think it's unrelated), my idle seems really low. . .about 500 RPM's. What should it be at?
