Jason Teller mentioned that he couldn't see it yesterday either, I don't know what the problem is, maybe for some reason you're getting served a cached copy? Try clearing the cache on your computer then reload the home page. But it's been online ever since I put it up on Saturday morning.

Usually when I open the browser for the first time of the day and go to A4.org, I don't need to refresh the page to view the latest contents.

I just did a refresh on the browser (IE5) and now I see the TT Recall article.
