Sunroof at my Audi doesn't work well. It just starts and then going back to its first position.
I disassembled sunroof system and it's looking fine. The rails are fine. All other parts don't have any visible damages. I don't know what really need to be fixed. I'd appreciate any advice and ideas.

It sounds like the computer detects some obstacle and reverse the sunroof. It could be due to one of the following:
1. The sunroof motor is weak and does not provide enought force.
2. The sunroof has great resistance sliding on the rails. Notice that sunroof attached to rainchanel and rain chanell attached to the shade. If one of these components does not move well - computer will detect an obstacle. This is a common problem. Be carefull while playing with it it is easy to break the legs of the rain chanel and detach it from the sunroof. You can try to lubricate the rails and all components. Try to see, where it might stuck. Or it the shade, which moves last.
