I got on my a6 205/55/15 ET45 rims, can I put rims ET38 or other?

If the rims are the same width then you would probably be okay. With the same width RIM, you would loose 7mm of clearance at the fender. 7mm isn't much so usually you have that much room.

Although, if the width of the new rim gets wider you will push the wheel even closer to the fender. If there is a big change in width then you may need to measure to make sure, especially if you have a lowered suspension.
