Have a squeeking sound eminating from the center vent on my 1994 100 CSQ. It sounds like the fan motor, as it increases with the speed of the vent fan and stops when manually shut off. Anyone tried to replace this fan themselves? Alternatives? WD-40? Any guesses on cost to replace at a dealer? Thanks!

people have tried to lubricate the fan motor bearings but such solutions only work for short periods of time...your going to eventually have to replace the fan motor....it isnt too expensive though thanksfully...
