Here's what is currently happening: My car has been sitting in their parking lot for 36+ hours now untouched on an appointment I made four weeks ago! All they have to do is pull it in the garage and diagnose it. When I asked (giving up on politeness after the fifteenth long distance phone call) what the hell was going on they told me that they had a lot of cars to attend to and if I didn't like it....

WTF, does the customer not count anymore? This is it. I just found a flyer for an Audi specialist private mechanic five minutes from my house. I shall bring my business there. However, I am disheartened from buying another Audi simply because of the House of Horrors service I have received here and at New Country Audi of Greenwhich. Lexus country here I come.... sniff sniff.....

Trust me, call AoA...I don't remember the number, but I had TERRIBLE experiences with a dealer here when I first bought my car, and they helped a little. I got the GM fired for being an *******. (pardon the language).

I have since switched dealers, and have had a great experience...and I now have two Audi's!
