Is it possible to get the new-style folding key with integrated remote for an older Audi?

I'd like to get a new set of keys in the new style for my existing car without spending hundred of $$$. Would also like to custom-program the remote system as I've seen some people do, to open/close windows with remote.

Could I buy a new-style switchblade key like this one and reprogram/re-key it to work with a 1996 A6???
