I have had my 97 A4 1.8T now for a year and a half. In that time:<br>1) Kinked hose, turbo not working.<br>2) Broken cup holder<br>3) Turbo broke (This took over a week to fix).<br>4) Lost 2 qts oil between last service (In shop now).<br>5) Heated seats burned out (used rarely).<br>6) Car does not start if sitting for a couple of days (constant problem).<p>This car has about 30k and was PAMPERED since new.<br>I think I will try another brand next time!

I have a 98 2.8QM with 14,500 miles on it. Since I took delivery in January....<p>1)Leaking Coolant - Defective Radiator - Replaced<br>2)Low Power Steering Fluid - Leaking Steering Rack<br> - It took 4 weeks to get the part will be <br> replaced next Friday.<br>3)Driver door keeps loosening on the hinges. <br> luckily I have a T45 bit.<br>4)unidentified squeak on left side rear seat<p>The weird part...everything that's gone wrong is on the left side. No problems on the right side whatsover and i have no fears of the car ever leaving me stranded. If it wasn't such a pleasure to drive I might be really upset. Like you, annoyed pretty much sums it up.<p>
