I read a post sometime in the middle of September and I haven't been back in awhile (I tried to search the archieves). I read that a fellow A4 owner experimented with his interior molding by stripping off the gray finish and it was polished aluminum underneath.

He posted few pics and it look really good. Has anyone else tried this? If so, how does it look after some time passes? Does it oxidize? How easy is it to take off the panels to do it?

Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks!

I just found out about this and am considering doing the same. Here is the link to the info and pics. I'm anxious to find out more info, also-especially if it oxidizes over time!
