then sa far down as it goes so the mount is not wobbly and so on.

then you put the mount on, THE OTHER WAY THAN THAT YOU HAVE POSTED, the the slotted nut goes on the secure everything down. Then the spring gets compressed into position on the perch thing.

total brain fart, wicked save guys.
Leave the spring perch where it is. You've got that much correct! But your OEM mount is on upside down. Reverse it "then" put the slotted nut on and torque 50Nm/37ftlbs

and will be out of sight. That is why you will need the slotted tool to tighten it. Before putting on the slotted nut, put some Blue Loctite on the threads the while holding the shaft in place with the right size Allen wrench, torque the slotted nut with the tool it to specs as Mance has said.

my buddy will bring tool home form work with him, it is 90% tightend with a DIY M14 bolt tool but I want to put the final torque on it with the right tool.
