Wanted to take a poll on most popular Reprogram Code for A4 that you guys did.<p>Me myself, was thinking on having Window/Sunroof Control and 1 Touch Unlock all 4 Doors.<p>Daur<p>98.5 1.8TQ

My windows and sunroof don't close consistently. Sometimes they go half way up and stop, sometimes they don't move at all. Anybody else experience problems with this reprogrammed feature or have any tips to make it work better?

Have you done the remote fix yet? It makes a world of difference. The window up down feature is virtually useless unless you have the remote range fixed.

My car's build date is after the cut off date for the remote range fix...maybe I should do it anyway?

Ya, if you are not getting at least 30-40 feet I would get it done. It makes life so much easier.

In my limited experience (since cold weather has now arrived), it's best to be near the car and stand still. To lock/unlock, the car needs only to receive the repeating-code transmission from the remote ONCE. To operate the windows, it probably needs to receive the signal continuously.<br>
