Recently got a used 1999 Audi. Called up the dealer and the dealer indicated the only recall on this car is KU recall - something like a vacuum pipe that goes to the engine. Will this impact safety?

Does anyone know when this recall is published? I am trying to figure out whether this has already been done when the previous owner took the car to service.

This is the recall that involves possible power brake failure (not full brake failure, just the power assist) when the temperature drops below -4F. If you don't live in a place that gets that. For the 1.8T I think only vehicles with tiptronic are affected.
