The kit is very easy to install. It took me 1 hour for both wheels. I got the kit from Sport Wheels. The kit is very minimalistic. It is composed of only four pieces: 2 Audi A8/S4 rotors and 2 caliper brackets. Everything else stays stock, i.e. calipers, pads, etc. According to my G-Tech pro, my 60-0 distance was reduced by 5.4 ft.

Required tools:

17mm Torque wrench. (Same size as the Audi supplied wrench, but with torque adjustment.) I got mine at Sears.

7mm hex wrench.

Audi supplied tools to change a wheel

Follow the instructions in your manual to take off the front wheel.

Remove the spring clip from the caliper using the Audi supplied screw driver.

On the back of the caliper you will notice two plastic caps covering the 7mm hex screws. Take the caps off.

Unscrew the hex screws and gently move the caliper out of the way.

The caliper bracket is attatched using two 17mm screws. I had to use my 1.5 foot long torque wrench to unscrew them as the Audi wrench was to short for the amount of force required to undo the screws. I had very little room to navigate the wrench, but I managed.

Remove the bracket and the rotor.

Do everything in reverse for the new rotor and bracket. You have to torque the caliper bracket screws to 92 ft-lbs. You should also torque your wheel bolts to 90 ft-lbs.

Notice that the kit requires 16" wheels. It works fine with my standard 7 spokes.
